The Imam Al Askari

Genealogical Institution

The genealogical Institution bases its legitimacy based on the heredity of Prince Sayyid Raphael Dakik acting as successor of his bilateral great great grandfather Chief Justice Sayyid Mir Fazlullah Agha.

Sayyid Mir Fazlullah Agha was the centralized head of all descendants of Prophet Muhammad in the Emirate of Afghanistan, who audited claims, granted the title Sayyid and initiated social projects.

After the Soviet Invasion Afghanistan was devestated that also led to the destruction of the Emirate System of Ahlul Bayt that was introduced by Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani 700 years ago.

HRH Prince Sayyid Raphael Dakik is dedicated to re-establish this system again and to solidify it as upcoming Shah of Afghanistan leading the Afghan Royal Government in Exile as a member of the Sayyid Mir Muhammad Jan Cadet branch of the Barakzai Afghan Royal Family.

Re-Centralization and Re-Sunnification

HRH Prince Sayyid Raphael Dakik is regarded the highest hereditary Afghan Sayyid also known as Mir or The Sayyid ul Sadaat of his confederation, bearing the hereditary title Sayyid ul Sadaat (Highest Sayyid). In this light he has the responsibility of Auditing and assessing the claims of descendants of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to bear the title Sayyid.

It is a heredity inherited by the Sayyid ul Sadaat Sayyid Mir Fazlullah Agha, who is the father of his successor The Sayyid ul Sadaat Sayyid Mir Muhammad Jan. Sayyid Mir Muhammad Jan is his father´s maternal and his mother´s paternal grandfather.

His Royal Highness himself was also strictly audited by his family seniors, which is the reason why he is allowed to hold the title, being furthermore promoted as Imam of the Qadiri Naqshbandi Imamate.

(Sahih in Sunan Abu Dawood)

Do not call a hypocrite a Sayyid, because if you consider him so, you have indeed caused the anger of Allaah, The Most-High.

The need of a Genealogical Institute

Based on the above saying of his grandfather Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the problem of false claimants the Sayyid is precisely investigating the genealogies of claimants and furthermore investigates their knowledge and noble conduct as "Sayyid" is a title of nobility.

Based on this the Grand Sayyid has furthermore the right to renounce the title Sayyid from claimants.

In Persia the title Mir or Sayyid ul Sadaat is used, whereas in Arabia the title Naqib is used.

As the Mir (derived from "Emir")  is the head of the society, the society of Sayyids is also regarded as an "Emirate".

Methodology

The Methodology is based on the Quran where Allah praises Prophet Yahya (as) as a Sayyid. Allah called Prophet Yahya (as) a Sayyid as he had:
1. Knowledge of the Torah (which would be today Quranic knowledge)
2. Lived an ascetic life with social commitment (as a Salih)
3. Abstaining from Zina with women (Hasoor)

Furthermore it is also derived from the Sunnah as Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) referred to Imam Hasan (as), the 2nd Imam, as a Sayyid on the occasion of his social commitment to save the Ummah.

Furthermore the Sunnah states a negative catalogue of how a Munafiq behaves on which occasion one must abstain from such behaviors.

Quran (3:39)

So the angels called out to him while he stood praying in the sanctuary, “Allah gives you good news of ˹the birth of˺ John who will confirm the Word of Allah and will be a great leader (Sayyid), chaste, and a prophet among the righteous.”

(Sahih Bukhari)

This son of mine is a Saiyid (i.e. a noble) and may Allah make peace between two big groups of Muslims through him.
